I’m having the same issue with my 2006 Mustang GT.

After emailing Mikel my log file, the next update fixed mine. I'm not exactly sure what it was but I assume it was a fuel issue by the way the car was struggling to idle then eventually dying altogether. I'm not a pro at reading log files but I have an idea. I'd recommend recording a log while the car is running and upload it here or email it to a tech, they're pretty good (it won't be fixed overnight).

its probably something entirely different on a Mustang. Got a CAI installed?

I had a JLT intake on it. Then I took that off and just went with the 93 octane tune without CAI. It’s running decently now.

if its an 05-09 mustang it needs a tune specific to the intake.
