Impatiently waiting...

Count me in!!! I've been patiently waiting for the day that never seems to arrive.

By the way, guys, for those of you with the 6-speed tranny, there is a new factory program that will enhance your shifting, but you have to go to the dealer and complain in order to get it. I did and I'm much happier with the new program versus the old program. Personally, I'd much rather be able to control tranny programming with my Predator, but I guess that's what this "NO TCM SUPPORT" campaign is all about.

Lew, I've been working like a dog lately! I just got home now and, while checking my e-mail, I went to clear out my spam folder and realized that any mail I was getting from you was going to the spam folder, for some mysterious reason. It's fixed now and, fortunately, I saw this latest e-mail about the TCM campaign.

I realize that every business has to prioritize their pending issues and I'm sure that DiabloSport has their own internal reasons as to why they haven't finished up with the TCM support, but as a consumer of their product and a person that has read countless posts from people complaining about the lack of TCM support, I really am speechless as to why DiabloSport has not taken the initiative and the opportunity to take the lead over all of the competitive companies. Like I mentioned, I don't know the dynamics around what the hold-up is on this feature, but as a business owner myself, I can tell you that if my customer base was complaining this loud about ONE particular thing, that "thing" would be the first order of business at my next staff meeting. In today's economy, there's no room for mistakes and you don't always get a second chance to make things right. I hope the boys at DiabloSport understand this philosophy and tend to this issue, before it escalates past the point of no return...

Fashionable late as always. Outstanding idea Lew!! I definitely think this is action that's long overdue. DEFINITELY about time for this one, tired as HELL of waiting on the endless promise.
