Is it possible for me to wipe the tuner clean and reinstall the software?

Plugged it back into the PC and it still says it's up to date, but I cannot get it out of recovery mode.

I have the 1r02c update. I am I all set or is their something more current?

no, you need 1r03j, and all 3 tune databases, a PC would be a good choice for the update.

ok what is the latest software update and how do i downlaod it, everytime i plug my intune to my computer the downloader app freezes

i have a MAC an for some reason i can not update my intune?? is there an oder i have to update in or how does it work!! (sidenote) this is Steven wife he dnt no computers so easiest way possible for a female to understand! thx

i need to find the latest software also... i acidentaly went to an older version on mine and now i cant find the 1r03j version, i currently have the 1r03m on here.

help me .
I have InTune device when it is plugged in the car I get a message on the screen of the device : inTune is in recovery mode . Continue ? yes or no .
I want I want to fix the problem
