For the most part yes, everything is exactly the same, the 12s have different tuning for the trans. Pretty much the same trans, just with computer tuning to turn second prime into an actual gear making it a "6 speed" Everything else is essentially the same.

Will you guys be including the ability to turn o2 sensors off like you can with the 09-10s? I know it wasn't implemented with the 11s, will it be released with the new update? (: Don't need no stinkin cats. I hate the kind with four legs and the kind that rob Horses.

none of our tools offer the ability to disable O2s, that requires a custom tune

It's an automatic.... The trans in the 2500 for 2012 is brand new, it's no longer the same 545RFE/65RFE that is in the 1500. It's a 66RFE with the same ratios as the Cummins trans and is a real 6 speed, no 2nd prime.
I'm hoping it will still be tunable with the initial release. I already have my Trinity mounted in my truck with my new A pillar gauge pod...
Any word on when it will be available for download? I am getting excited! I have a 600 mile trip coming up very soon, half of which is towing a trailer and I was hoping to have a tune installed for a little more power.

Im aware of that, what I am saying is with the release of the 11s the dealer software couldn't turn the o2 sensors off. Like they could with the 09-10s. I was wondering if it was going to be worked out for the 11s-12s with the release of the 12s. As custom tuning is the whole plan

ahhh...gotchya.
So far, it looks like there will be a separate TCM for that trans, not sure yet what will be available, but we dont actually talk to the TCM on the cars yet...

Ive never seen a dealer that could disable O2s on any vehicle....not sure how they could have done that, but custom tuning will allow for anything to be disabled eventually

this truck is tuned, and feels great.
There is some more work to be done on our end, not sure how much longer for a release, or if we'll still need another truck inhere this week

Mike is the tuning still only for the trinity or is the InTune supported now?

trinity only until otherwise noted, we'll make some noise once it is supported in inTune.
