No change. Same as 9r06 and 9t07b. No tcm calid showing (key on) and no tranny control.

but does 9t07b and 9r06 have trans control on your truck?

when I loaded 9r06 and started to tune my truck, there was no trans control and trans control is more important to me than throttle sensitivity adjustment, so I hit the escape button and did not put the tune in my truck.

9t06d has trans control on my truck, but no throttle sensitivity adjustment, so that is the Crom tune that is in my truck (2005 5.7 Ram 1500) now.

Please PM me them so i can see what the heck is going on here please.
If you cant get them your VIN will work as well. Or all three of them :)

Ok while i try to scramble to get a truck in here can someone with this issue please try something for us?
Using latest rev 9t07c, leave key in the ON position and plug the predator in and go to show calid and sees if it displays both.
Unplug Predator (while leaving key on) and plug back in again and select show calid, please repeat this another 4 times and see if at any point it shows the TCM calid, this will help us while we are trying to get a truck here.

The above steps needs to be done with the key in the ON position the whole time.
We fixed something for 05 tcm response in the r06 version and need to see if that is causing it.

thats fine, just glad you guys are working it. I am curious though why some 05's are working fine with the 9t07b and others are not. Is it due to the specific trans ID or something like that?

Johan,

since '05's seem to have some peculiar quirks, would it be a good idea to develop an '05 only crom with all the neat adjustments for us '05 owners?

having watched Superchips have many headaches with one-size-fits-all databases, it seems logical to pick years with similar pcm/tcm and set up different croms for each group.

a crom for '03- early '04, a crom for late '04-'05, a crom for '06-'08 and a crom for '09-'10, what do you think?

my truck:
2005 5.7 Ram 1500
PCM: 56028958AI
TCM: 05094258AD

currently using Crom 9t06d, which has trans control for my truck, but doesn't have throttle sensitivity adjustment.

Crom 9r06 had throttle sensitivity & other PCM adjustments, but no tranny adjustment on my truck.

plan to try 9t07c tonight.
