I am going to the dealer tommorow. After I fax you the reflash paper do you want me to power up the tool in the truck or on the computer ?

It's going to be a while...... The dealer can't find the reason why it's throwing a 402 code at idle. They want me to bring it back up next week to run more tests. He asked me if I ran a chip when I had it in there the first time and I was honest and told him yes ,, but it was restored to original. Today he said that he thought the problem was from the programmer and related where he had worked on a truck showing no EGR flow and he found a blocker plate. I told him that the blocker plate and finger stick were a common mod on the duramax engines but I did not have that on this truck,, other than flters, I haven't changed anything under the hood.
Mine is showing excessive EGR at idle according to what he told me.
I told him that my truck had been running a program for 3 years with no problems and now I'm only getting 14-15 mpg where I had been getting around 20,,hand figured.
I think I need to find a different tech,, this guy admits that he doesn't have a lot of experience .

I have the paper showing the reflash,,, have been extremely swamped. What are your hours of business Mike ?
Any weekend hours ? I'm in central time zone. Have been leaving the house at 5am and getting home around 5pm.
