1. I will remove the IAT relocate just to eliminate that as an issue. While doing that I will look closely at the maf to determine oem or not.

SOund like a plan?
Yes, many GTO folks relocate the IAT sensor because of heat soak in the engine compartment, especially if they're at the drag strip. Usually, these guys are tuned appropriately to take avantage of this change.

A "false high" (relative to true ambient temp) IAT temperature reading will make the computer think the air is hotter than it is, i.e. less dense, and therefore inject less fuel to achieve a fixed target Air Fuel Ratio, regardless how the false high originates.

Consequently, a "false low" will do the opposite, and it will inject more fuel leading to it running rich relative to a targetted AFR.

Now, here's what I don't know, relative to the GTO:

Do the stock tuning tables "correct" the KNOWN/ANTRICIPATED high readings given the IAT sensor is in its stock position.... and, once it's moved, without updating/correcting the tuning tables, is the control doing what it THINKS is right, but missing the mark.

Now, did you install any kind of a resistor with the IAT move. I do know that some folks do THAT in order for it to read different, thinking that it will force the control to provide more power (false premise).

Not sure. The acid test, of course, is getting everything back to TRUE STOCK configuration, insuring that the stock tune performs OK, THEN installing the tune, and seeing if drivability problems persist.

Pain in the arsch, I know, but that would lead to some more targetted knowledge as to what's going on.

Here is my log file. When I looked at in all on the graph, all the stuff was jumping up and down like crazy. It is not a horribly long log (about 30%). The beginning and the end are where it was driving like crap, the middle is where i was waiting at a red light to do a u turn and come back home

well, aside from your trims needed to be adjusted and you have a lot of KR, don't really see anything that whacky...

SO it is normal for the values to jump up and down like that? When I looked at it in the dataviewer everything jumps up and down a lot.

yeah, dataviewer shows you a compressed timeline, so it looks like big ups and downs... if you look at the data in the excel file, it's not that drastic with the ups and downs...

your KR - yeah, that's drastic LOL from 0 to 4, 5, 6, 7, even 8 I think I saw in some spots... shouldn't have KR like that when just normal steady driving...

what brand and octane gas are you using? and which tune do you have installed?
