Johan What would you suggest with me having a 05 RAM 5.7 with a 6.1 cam, longtube headers and cai and a few other things? Can you help me get some more out of this thing, I am having to add 8% on wot 5k and up range just to get it to not bang out!

Also some TCM update would be nice, I have the 4.10 gears now so Im not bogging as much but a little quicker after running up on the fwy and making a turn in and being in 3rd gear is a bit annoying.

Anyone interested feel free to e-mail me your last tune written.
what are you able to do to the TCM on an '05 Hemi Ram now?

I asked for an altered shift schedule a while back. You said you wrote a file with what I asked for.

I had a VIN mismatch error, could not load the TCM file in my truck. With help from Mike L and Stu, I have now got the file to load in my truck, but all it has is a raised shift points for part-throttle 1-2 & 2-3.

this is what I asked for:
Mike L told me mph shift points are probably based on trans output (driveshaft) rpm's, and CMR trans shift adjustments are based on input/output. Makes sense, so I did some math and came up with something to try.

on '03 & up Dodge trucks, 1st is 3:1, 2nd is 1.67:1, 3rd is 1:1, 4th is .75:1, 5th is .67:1

I would like to try these trans output shaft rpm part-throttle shift point settings:
1-2: 700 rpm 2-1: 600 rpm
2-3: 1,320 rpm 3-2: 1,140 rpm
3-4: 2,300 rpm 4-3: 2,050 rpm
4-5: 3,000 rpm 5-4: 1,809 rpm

if these settings work well, there are trans input shaft rpm vs. pedal position part-throttle 1-2, 2-3, 3-4, 4-5, 5-4, 4-3, 3-2 & 2-1 shifts I would like to try.

These in/out rpms should set each WOT shift to 6,200 rpm or so:
1-2: 6,200 rpm in, 2,100 rpm out
2-3: 6,200 rpm in, 3,800 rpm out
3-4: 6,200 rpm in, 6,300 rpm out
4-5: 6,200 rpm in, 8,300 rpm out

now that I have CMR, I see why Johan didn't write the tune I asked for. he couldn't. there is very little control of 3-4, 4-5, 5-4 & 4-3 shifts.

so why didn't Johan or Mikel admit that CMR couldn't do much for 3-4, 4-5, 5-4 & 4-3 shifts??

the TCM tune I have written for my '05 Hemi truck is better than the DSP canned TCM tune, but good control of part-throttle 3-4, 4-5, 5-4 & 4-3 shifts and WOT 3-4 would be nice.

in my opinion, U7137 TCM improvements are STILL NEEDED.
