go to google and look up EGR VALVE PULLER 303-1267a and it will explain how to pull the valve and clean it. it is a problem with the 6.4 clogging.

I know it causes boost to stay high as well under normal driving conditions...this happened to pic

been on the phone with the ford trying to get them to pull the EGR valve and they want without a code or a problem they can see. as always it want act up while the tech drives. im wondering how much the kit will cost me to pull it my self. ill talk to them in the morning and begg them to just pull the damn thing and look at it. but still waiting on the progam for my preditor.

most people just pull it out themselves and clean it.

don is still waiting for the templates from the engineers. he cant your calibration till he has a template to work on them.

It is true that the EGR valves will get stuck in the housing. First time i tried to remove the valve, it snapped off in the housing.
I had to remove the housing, and actually pick the broken peices out of the housing. I have found that if you coat the egr
valve with an anti seize compound before installation, it makes removal posible without the cheap ass tool from ford.
I pull my egr valve at the same time i change my fuel fliters, and it has been working out well.
Don , I see that the 911 is now out for download, has any changes been made , aside from the tire thing?

nope no changes, just the tire thing...still trying to get these l30 templates so i can make everyone happy

No they are working on the new camaro I guess there is more of them than Ford trucks??????

No new updates thus far, im going to grab a 6.4L truck today for some testing, but not related to L30 stuff
