hey put the tune in and it works nicely but is there a way to have the horse power tune and the brake tune in at the same time?

Hey guys, anyone out there that is running this turbo brake throwin any codes? i threw a under boost and a ecm/pcm code. just wonderin if its cause i have a manual trans or what it is.

po606 is the ecm/pcm code and i forgot the number of the underboost code. i took out the brake program a week ago and am running the proformance program like i always do and there has been no check engine light since.
