Still no SD Card For Trinity with SRT-4 Veh... Its 2011 and Mine isn't working. I ordered it like 2 weeks ago too and I updated it.
Ill still wait
It would be nice to be able to put tons of my Custom tunes on it so when I'm Commuting I can gas save and then on track I can burn some rubber. That would really kick butt

You can load at least 8 custom tunes to the Trinity as it is, and....we have created a crom that enables SD on SRT4, it is currently in testing, and will be available soon

Sweet!! Now when loading up your custom tunes on your DSDL do you have to upload using the "Advanced Tuning" Tab and add all the tunes. Prob have to change the tune label so its not all the same name "Custom: Perf93oct" so it doesn't overwrite. Is that correct? Ill have to mess with it more
RE: Re: RE: Re: RE: Re: RE: Re: RE: SUGGESTION
Yes, using the Advanced Tuning Tab you can load all your custom tunes at one time and give each a unique Label and Description. Just select "Update Descriptions" after editing the 2 fields. Then select Send to Tool.

RE: Re: RE: Re: RE: Re: RE: Re: RE: SUGGESTION
Ok I tried that and edit the 2 fields and updated it and sent 3 tunes all named differently to the tool. When I got in the car all it would say under my custom tunes is "Custom: Perf 93oct" IDK whats going on with it and why its not working correctly. I tried several times with no luck. Almost like the tune file is write protected on my computer "Not the case". I did hit the Update Descriptions button after updating the label and description fields of each tune. So weird
I have my DSDL Ver. 2.2.2.4 installed in a Windows 7 Enterprise X64 system to if that helps. I ran the software as administrator also with no luck
ill keep messing with it more.

To verify: You loaded all 3 tunes at one-time and they show up in the "List of Tunes to Download" tree?
Did you select/high-light the tune you wanted to update the label for? When done with all 3; selected "Send To Tool" at the top of the panel? This send all 3 tunes in one-shot to Trinity.
IF your still having problems, there is file in "My Document\DSDownloader\send_tune_tool.cry". Email it to cmrtech <at> diablosport.com and we'll verify it changed the Lables/Descriptions.

RE: Re: RE: Re: RE: Re: RE: Re: RE: SUGGESTION
They were my modified stock tunes I exported from the trinity to my PC. I couldn't save more than one modified stock tune on the trinity at a time so I exported all the modified stock tunes I made "One created after another and back and forth from the car to the to my PC" to save them so if I liked my old tune better I could send it back from my PC to the trinity and then write it to the car. Is something defective? I also did another modified stock tune and I noticed when set the boost settings first then try to setup the Temperature for the fans to come on at high speed or low speed it said a really long number and I couldn't change it. Also I set the idle to -150 one time and it increased my RPM idle 100 RPM. I can take pictures of the things going on and send them to you if needed. Im pretty tech savy if i need to bring out the old Oscilloscope haha! Maybe test the Motorola microcontroler
but ill leave that up to you guys bc Im rusty as hell and its been a long time since working in a Tech Business.

I also checked for bugs in the DSDL software but you guys have Compression and also Debugger Protection on the software which is good. It was a long shot to see how my files write to the Trinity :/ Ill just leave it all to you guys to see what the hell is going on with this

BTW Im only able to highlight only one tune in the tree at a time if that also helps. Does it send everything in the tree or does it have to be all highlighted? Sorry might sound like a stupid question but some software is picky like that sometimes.
RE: Re: RE: Re: RE: Re: RE: Re: RE: SUGGESTION
DSDL should send all 3 tunes in one batch. The send_tune_to_tool file showing only 1 custom tune was downloaded named: "Custom: SRT_4.".
Send all 3 custom tunes + original backup to cmrtech. We'll email you back a tune package file you can download to Trinity.

I have 4 tunes I sent to ya. Wonder if its windows 7 X64 version that's giving me issues. Ill test it on a XP SP3 box to see if it works on that.

Try this:ColdfusionDesigns wrote:I have 4 tunes I sent to ya. Wonder if its windows 7 X64 version that's giving me issues. Ill test it on a XP SP3 box to see if it works on that.
Go to advanced tuning, click add tune, and add all 4 tunes to the list, then click 'save to disc'.
This will create one new file.
Load that single file to the tool, and see if all 4 tunes then show up.
Thanks
