There was no welding done, and we already tried new O2s.

Theres a hiss coming from the drivers side of the engine. I looked real close for vacuum leaks though, and found nothing. I may just replace the lines and hope for the best. If access was better I'd try tightening the header on that side, but theres no way I can get a socket in there without major disassembly.

AJ figured it out. The O2 harness is corroding from the inside out. He's going to Virginia tomorrow, so he's gonna replace it when he gets back.

Awesome, Iknew it had to be O2 related, glad they didn't go replacing the PCM!!!
