i am trying to use mine as a paper weight so that its at least being used for SOMETHING!! but ya know...its to damn big and bulky for even that!! what a useless piece of $hit! I am gonna get somethin different and melt this damn thing down!!

Thats the issue, some know the predator makes decent power for the money but now everyone seems to know they cant support the product and any new calid has been down since late 2009 so everyone is stuck with a paperweight since no one has interest in the product. I want to move on to another tuner but would really like to get rid of this this since i have $300 into it, i have ask diablo to refund me this product so i can move on but they seem to ignore that request. I see numerous predators for sale at 200 shipped and not one reply, i have no clue what to do. I hear they have the dodge update tune in house but does it really take months to figure out?

Disassembling these files is not an easy task guys.

Notice not everyone even tunes Cummins applications, as they are a special breed, and require a LOT of work just to get to the point where we can create the tune files, so they can be tested on trucks.

Mike, I think everyone does understand this but the issues is your the main support manager and you keep telling people since December/January that "next week it should be ready". You obviously understand that you are telling people this who have been waiting not weeks but months, if this takes a year to figure out then unless i missed it you should put a disclaimer in that we should not have the dealer update any tunes cause this may jeopardize our current tunes. I mean there are guys here that bought NEW trinities from you guys that don't even work. I think its time diablo steps up and does offer a partial refund to the guys who are sitting on JUNK, i mean heck the tuners dont even do what they are advertised to do when we bought it, code readings, data stream, tune on fly. My tuner didnt have any of these features. The ONLY reason i have sat quiet is the fact that my truck runs good on your tunes, but its to he point where i just dont have time to deal with this anymore and am stuck since these are worth nothing for sale used. If you can please forward to someone that i can contact and get something back since i bought directly from you guys.

Tune on the fly has been removed for years.
Live streaming works in the latest revisions...

I hear what you are saying, and I am not here to mislead you.

When we first said a couple weeks, there was one new calid, that has snowballed into 5 or 6 now, and they all have to be handled separately.

please just do everything that can be done. I will hope to heck once i get it to connect once to my truck i will never need a new dealer flash!

yeah what have you actually done to fix it so far . I have bought a pc cord to update it. which didnt come with the programmer. if there is that much trouble with your programmer you should atleast give these to your customers with broke down programmers. cause now i have $40 more into this and still a slow dodge.

Can you guys release the new calids that are complete at least while you work the snowball issue out as you go? maybe then at least some people can start to use their tuners?

the programer isnt broke down.you would need the usb cord regardless of this update,theres new revisions,custom tunes and other stuff to download.i got my cord at london drugs for 8buks,and u can use the trucks power to update it if u dont have a power suply.
