PMs are a tough one for me, I get too many, thus my suggestion to not PM me in my sig.
We are looking into ways to make this better, still.

I just figured while they were "fixing" the program MAYBE, just MAYBE they could toss in a easy code to adjust the tire size.

Thats not that easy, as it is in the ABS module, not the PCM...

This thread started back in June and this problem has been around a lot longer than that.I don't understand why they don't want to keep us informed.Every once in a while they will say something to get our hopes up then nothing. Not very good customer service in my opinion.
I see that they are still selling these things even though they know that there is a problem.

Thank you,

Oct. 20 was the last time anyone from Diablo Sport posted on this thread. What is going on?Do we need to find a different tuner? Are we ever going to get a response?
In get the impression that Diablo Sport doesn't give a crap about us 6.0 guys any more because we get no response from them at all.
Just my .02 cents worth. Not that it matters to Diablo.

We do care, and have made arrangements to hire a new diesel tuner, who will turn this tool around, and then some.

Thank you for your response.I know that you guys are very busy and that Ford has thrown a curve ball to all of us.If you could update us once a week or so I think it would be appreciated by all.
Thanks again for the update.

"Silence is golden" isn't the case here, PLEASE can we get weekly updates? We're feeling pretty neglected, we spent a lot of money on your product and USUALLY there are no if little issues. I've been considering selling my Diablo tuner and getting another brand. I have several friends that have SCT's and are having no issues. I have stuck with Diablo over the years with several different trucks BUT my frustration with this tuner for my 6.0 is tempting me to leave and not buy another you. Part of the problem is the lack of a update but I'm more frustrated with the neglect in the forums. A weekly update will keep me for one, a Diablo customer.

I have heard all of these excuses and some but the fact of this matter is very simple "ACTIONS SPEAK LOUDER THAN WORDS" and Diablo has made this very clear with no actions just words.....
I am getting very fed up with the excuses......
I hope for all of us they will come thru with a fix for this problem...
As as far as some of you requesting an update from them "Good Luck"....
