New update for 6.4 Diesels

Guys its the same BS with the predator. there is no update and all I keep getting is the same Shit Mike likes putting out "we are working on it" I guess its job security. I looked on this Thread to see if there were any issues with the Trinity. Well I guess when you have the same tec support working on it whyt would I expect anything diff. Mike cant you jsut be honest with your customers?

2008 Ford F-350
I HAVE HAD THIS UNIT AND HAVE NOT HAD IT WORKING RIGHT YET. JON AND FRANK NO ME WELL AND I CAN'T EVEN GET THEM TO GET BACK WITH ME. I HAVE A 08 FORD F-350 6.4L DIESEL THE ONLY PRGRAM THAT WORKS IS THE PREFORMANCE BUT IT DOES NOT LET TRUCK REGEN. I AM DONE I GAVE TILL THE END OF FEBUARY AND HAVE SENT SEVERAL E-MAILS TO JON AND FRANK IN THE LAST 3 DAYS NO RESPONSE. NOW I HAVE NO CHOICE BUT TO FILE SUIT AGAINST DIABLO FOR MY TRINITY. IS THERE ANYBODY ELSE ON THIS FORUM THAT WANT TO JUMP ON BOARD CALL 269-615-7738

Have they gotten your calid
It can take time to look into these issues, especially if we do not see them on any of the vehicles we test them on.
I had another customer complaining about a similar issue and went to the dealer and found that there was adpf sensor covered in ash that was causing the regen to malfunction, they replaced that and the customer couldn;t be happier.

here is the info from the dealer whose customer was having similar issues:
Hey Mike/Buck
This customer has taken the opportunity to go see my buddies at Ford. They changed a sensor as it was fried from being impacted with ash, the whole system was actually impacted with ash. They removed and physically cleaned the system and then manually run it thru the regen process 3 times. They confirmed that there was no evidence of it ever being tuned and also played with the tunes on the truck. They were very impressed! They did make a recommendation of start/ force the regen earlier in order to clean the system. This is kind of a dumb recommendation as with the tunes there is little to no soot too regen and the finished product is infact ash anyhow....go figure! I think the whole process is crap .

BESIDES THE REGEN NOT WORKING NONE OF THE OTHERS WILL LOAD AND END UP LOCK THE TRUCK UP SO IT WON'T START AND ALL I GET IS WE ARE WORKING ON IT WELL THEY HAVE BEEN WORKING ON IT LONGER THEN ANY OTHER COMPANIE. THE BOTTOM LINE SINCE I BOUGHT IT I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO USE IT THE WAY IT SAYS IT IS SUPPOSED TO WORK AND FOR A $600 INVESTMENT MENT TO DO SOMETHING AND IT DON'T THAT IS FALSE ADVERTISEMENT.

You and I did talk, I forwarded your issue to our tuner, and he IS working on it, no one here is ignoring you. it takes time to get the tunes checked. I still have your email, I will get with you as soon as I have a fix for you.
I also see you are on an older revision, have you tried updating the tool? You can call or email me any time.
