ME thinks it's BS based on what Raplph Gilles said in the SRT round table:
"We hear you on the unlocking of the PCM....cleary a big problem out there. It is tough with the rest of the house as there is a lot of roadblocks with the ever tougher EPA emission standards and the warranty claims abuse. It is surely holding back the potential of our popularity with the tuners and a generation of die hard enthusiast. We will look into it more deeply. In the mean time rest assured we never stop cooking here at the SRT labs. Respect to all of you out there we enjoyed this chat and will try our best to be as accessible as possible. "

If there is 128-bit ... Energy consumption for such a simple sorting keys cracking exceeds the capacity of mankind today! Of course, a simple listing of keys is stupid, and there are other ways. But if Chrysler knows what entropy is (and he knows it), then we will be tune up in 30-40 years.
No one cracks, I'm sure it's a different situation. But I do not understand why there is still no key. After all, we're all human, and Chrysler are people too, with their weaknesses, desires and fears. Even if you do not try to play on the weaknesses and desires .. All people make mistakes and it can be used. I almost know nothing of cracking, especially in automotive computer hacking. But I am versed in something else. I am sure I can get access to the PCM where I am.
I think that the situation "we can not crack the PCM" is more intricate than it seems at first glance.
Sorry for my English
