Updates? Here it is almost 6 months later since the intial release and still no eta on the fix or even an attempt......I mean I know there's gotta be a way to do remote tuning to fix the problem without actually having a truck in the shop (which should have already happen).

I'm pretty sure you guys will continue to ignore these issues and it will be another 6 months until you guys get the time to look at it, which is total bs IMO, espeically if you advertise on your website that you can make shift adjustments on the 2011s when you really can't.

Well you can raise shift points to 6200. But it will still ethier shift at 5600 or bounce off the rev limiter like mine does. Never seen a so called tuning company rush a product out and does nothing for the truck and not fix it.

some of these guys have custom tunes and are not changing their own shift points.

I recently emailed Johan a couple tunes from 11 and 12 Rams with 6000rpm WOT 1-2 and 2-3 shifts and 6400rpm rev limit and logs of the trucks shifting WOT at about 5800rpm.

It might be one of my file Whitelightning sent to you. This whole shifting issue is very weird. Hope you guys can get it figured out ASAP. I know of a couple 2011 running very good as is but they will run better once we can shift at 6100.

Wow 7 months later for me. And you guys still have not fixed a simple problem what a joke. I like how a company rushes a $600 product out to market with it not being ready way to go Diablosport. Guess it will be another year before you guys fix this :punisher:

for ALL the things this tool can do, which NOBODY else offers or cares to offer to this community, I have to take some offense to you guys saying it was released too early.

Would you guys truly and honestly trade your tunes, your tire size ability, your custom tune support, your end user parameters, your logging and code clearing capabilities, just in the name of being able to adjust the 1-2 shift?

I understand its not cool, and we want it fixed as bad as you guys, but to suggest that we should not have released the tool and held it for this is somewhat extensive.

I think the problem lies with advertising features that the product can not do.

Not just the shift adjustment

"tire pressure threshold"
"disable autostick upshift" - which states it will keep it in gear, not the above shift adjustment issue.
"reset TCM adaptation"
