Still no sign of the RMA and I need to ship this thing today in the next couple of hours. Should I call?

Ok, I called and the girl said it was sent( never got it )........I had them send it again a half hour ago and I'm still waiting. FedEx is going to be here in about 20 minutes and I need to get this out of here or else I'm going to have to wait until next Monday!

I have a predator v.7r50d tunner but it's locked I need help fixing the problem. The other car was totaled. I have a 2003 v6 mustang auto. Can u help me???
