i'm trying to tune my superbee 2013 charger 6.4

i gave the trinity the last updates

but till now it shows me:

trinity dcx_gas does not support
calid: 05035770AB
tool update might be available

i don't know what's wrong with it

it may need a reflash but i don't know how to do it

any news?

try loading the following file to your trinity and try tuning.

I get a calibration ID not supported also:

I was going to try and install the Crom file listed here, but i do not know how to manually install the file.

EDIT: Never mind, the update tool button in software was hidden. The window didn't display large enough for me to see it at first.
Installed the new CROM but still says my CalID not supported.

any news about 5.7's shift point raise?

garrett please help me im trying to restore the original back up but it stops at 54% all the time and taking me to restore the back up again etc. Now my car is not starting the engine at all and am stuck here

I had to get mine towed to the dealer because of this. They flashed it with their software. It starts now, but MDS is disabled, and the check engine is staying on and they cannot clear it. Dealer said I need a new PCM, Tech support at Diablo said to ship my PCM to them and they will fix it.

what is the tool displaying on the screen? Do you have a battery charger you can connect to the vehicle? It sounds as though the battery is running a little low if it keeps stopping in the restore process.

i had tried the charger and nothing changed

it's very slow while restoring the backup and it says unable to restore the original backup. then it reboots and says the last tune did not finish. the original will be restored
