LOSS OF STEERING WHEEL CONTROLS, COMPASS, AND TPMS JEEP JK

Still didn't work. Looks like the same f crom that we said didn't work over a week ago. Still the same issues I reported prior...
Why is this taking so long to figure out?

Well after installing the new DSdownloader (12/5/2013), installing the new f crom and following the TPMS instructions noted above by Garrett (I disabled and enabled it twice to each tune to be sure) but there are still issues.
The steering wheel stereo controls NOW work however the compass, auto headlight sensor and many personal options are still not working or available.
Personal option selections missing from the EVIC menu still:
- Auto unlock on exit
- RKE unlock
- Sound horn with RKE lock
- Flash lamp with lock
- Headlamp off delay
- Headlamps with wipers
- Illumin approach

Same as RuffRider. Returned to Original, Updated Trinity to 1r10f, Installed 87 tune, uninstalled tune, no controls nor compass. Installed 87 tune, controls work, no compass. Modified tune to disable TPMS, reenabled TPMS, no controls nor compass.

It'd be nice if the "fix" fixed the factory tune and left the compass and things there when we unmarried the tool. I asked this before and got no response, but will a factory reflash fix this whole issue?

if the tune is back to original, try doing the quick adjust all by itself, disable, then reenable and the tune will be out, and the audio and compass will come back on.

I don't see how you would do this. With just a quick tune, it doesn't prompt to install tune.

BTW - I am seeing no compass. no dashes or anything to the left of the outside temp.

i didnt understand how it'd work either without installing a tune, so i tested it on fog lights first, disabling and re-enabling and it worked on the fog lights. but the quick adjust does work for the audio controls, just not the compass. so like they said, in quick tunes, disable your tpms, then i backed all the way out to the main screen, and go back in and re-enable tpms. it got my audio back but not my compass.

2012 JK / 3.6 auto here … With 87 perf tune installed
I have the latest from file : 1r10f
From the Quick Fix I did the TPMS disable … Then enable and the steering audio controls came back ! …. But not the Compass …

Also I have noticed that since I lost the Compass & Audio Steering … The rear windshield wiper acts bizarrely… It doesn't stop in its' "parking" position where it should be … it stops anywhere.

Yes … if you bring back the JK to stock (unmarry the DS) … and have it ref lashed @ the dealer it will fix that issue.
Also, new update will backup the stock tune on DS without messing things up.

after latest update the one end in G with no good i removed the tune then took it to the dealer "again" for factory reflash, now everything is ok,

Ok. Thanks for the info. Looks like I'll be making a trip to the dealer and wasting even more time and money on this tuner. At least it'll all be fixed.

Which is the LATEST crom update ?

trinity_dcx_gas-1r10g_update.crom / Dated 20th December

OR

trinity_dcx_gas-1r10f_update.crom / Dated 21st December

Since G comes after F ... how could have 1r10g been updated before F ??

I'm confused.... Help
