How long does it usually take for these things to get fixed?

I have never seen this before so I am not 100% sure, we have 100s of sonic/cruze users now and none have reported anything like this.

I may not be able to tune my Cruze with the trinity?

we're waiting for a new pcm to arrive so we can test this, should be here tomorrow.

I've tried this on the bench with your exact VIN and cal id's. No issues here at all. If you're interested, you can fill out the RMA form on our website and send the PCM AND TOOL in to us. I'll try to get to the bottom of your issue and get you tuned. It will only cost you return shipping.

How long will I be without a car?

2-3 Days, if you can get it out today I will work on it and probably have it out tomorrow after noon.

I'll have to wait until Monday to send it out...hopefully! Wife does Hospice work so it's hard for her to be without a car!

I just got my I tune today and installed it earlier on my 15 Sonic. I'm very happy with the power it added to the stock tune. Are there going to be any updates at some point to tune the TCM as well? So far I have only used the 93 tune but I love it. I'll maybe play around with it some more and potentially get a custom tune at some point through BNR.

The addition of TCM support is planned but no ETA at this moment.

What will it cost me to send the pcm and tool back to you??

all depends on how much UPS or Fedex charges you man... won't know til you take it to your local ups/fedex store to ship it out.. goes by box size and weight...
