Is there an estimated time for the update to be posted? I need to be able to tell our customer an estimated date.....

The behavior is the same it freezes after you click to use the tune.

Lets reset the device, go to settings/advanced/tech support/advanced/registry reset, and type out the key and email it to me or post it here and wait on that screen for my reply please.

alright says it completed reset, so ill have customer bring by the vehicle so I can try to flash it again, and ill report back

Still doesn't work customer drove to the shop and it still freezes when you try to flash a file after use tune. and cant even get it to read cels or anything it freezes up. So whats next
