Working on getting 2011 support up for the currently supported cars and trucks. Chrysler threw a curveball and changed all the PCMs, so thats using a lot of man power. New apps are on hold. I'm waiting too. You'd think having the same car as both DiabloSport owners would get you priority.......

You'll likely happen before the Avenger stuff

I know. Was just trying to show them that they aren't alone. There are others waiting too.

Thats why i traded it for my charger...
Yeah I went through the same thing with the Avenger. Before I begin Bullet I want you to know that what I have to say next is not intended for you.
I modded the crap out of my 2008 Avenger and before I could go any further, I had to wait, and wait, and wait...and get my hopes up, then wait, and then inquire personally, and then the inevitable truth came out. So now I am the proud owner of a brand new 2012 Dodge Charger and true to my word, I'm waiting on Hypertech or some other company besides DiabloSport. Somebody mentioned that Hypertech has not made anything good in 10 years, well at the very least they did make something for Avenger owners. Lend the little guy your ear and he'll give you his wallet. Avengers are already supported by Hypertech (sans the 2.4L) so where is DiabloSport's Avenger support? Thought so, missing from the request thread thats for sure. If you cant, dont, or wont support a make and model that I own, yet Hypertech does...well that puts them ahead in my book and really gives you no room to talk bad about them.
I do realize that many factors play into this game and it really isnt DiabloSport's fault completely that so many Avenger owners were, are, and continue to be let down, but honesty and transparency should have been paramount among all things in a good consumer friendly business. Because things went down so horribly when I owned the Avenger, it is apparent to me that your company can make nothing that warrants my faith in your abilities nor the support of my wallet. You have at least lost one customer because of the way you handled business.
Oh and by the way Mike, I would like to thank you for your advice in the Dodge Challenger throttle lag thread. I grounded my throttle valve assembly to the chassis and a problem I was experiencing is gone.

In addition to what cq842000 said, I'd also like to point out that the only reason it isn't a "moddable" car is because there is no ability to customize the PCM. All the mods that are available for the Charger 3.5 WILL work on the Avenger 3.5, once it can be tuned properly (ie: cams, supercharger, heads, etc.). It is silly (and ironic) to call it not moddable when DS makes a tuner for the same engine on a RWD vehicle, which has the same mods available for it.
I bought a Hypertech, because I'm tired of waiting for DS. But this only gives me the ability to have a 91 octane tune, and a better torque curve with the mods I can do that don't require changing the fuel ratio much. Everything else is now waiting on DS to stop being so arrogant and actually release a completely customizable tune. Hopefully that will happen before I end up trading it in on a Charger once the 9-speed automatics come out for model year 2014.

Man, i came here looking to see if DS was making one for the 2011 dodge avengers....My heats all decked out as much as it can be for the moment.... (Intake, exhaust, springs etc.) But im being really hopeful DS will make a programmer for us die hard avenger fans ! Just my lack of programming understanding... but if you unlock the programming for a 3.6 challenger.... how different is said programming from a 3.6 charger, or avenger? And considering it is Chyslers new world motor.... might be something to look into no?
Oh and by the way Mike, I would like to thank you for your advice in the Dodge Challenger throttle lag thread. I grounded my throttle valve assembly to the chassis and a problem I was experiencing is gone.
Im wondering if that will fix my lag issue on my Avenger! HA learn something new everyday.....
