Your "new" management knows what it is, Jokehan. We're 8 days away from "celebrating" a YEAR since I received the following email (headers are available by clicking on my signature) from Diablosport regarding TCM support for my u7191, which was PROMISED to me by DIABLOSPORT PRIOR TO PURCHASE.

Maybe you all could spend less time failing miserably at humor and a bit more time delivering on the empty promises Diablosport has been fucking us PAYING CUSTOMERS around on now for nearly TWO YEARS.

Kevin,

I have discussed your concerns with the owners of the company, and we all feel what you are saying.

I have been assured that we are more like 2-3 weeks out on developing the code necessary to add TCM support to the Predator. They have asked me to put you on the list of Beta testers so we can send you tester .crom files as we develop them to get some feedback.

Please be patient with us, as we are currently addressing any and all concerns relating to our products.

Unfortunately, there have been some empty promises made under our prior ownership, but the new owners have made fixing those issues a number one priority.

I believe you got your tool after most of the updates were done for the u7191, but a year ago I was spending every day on the GTO forums getting feedback from the users as to what needed to be put in an update.

As a direct result of that involvement, we made several updates to address things like disabling rear 02s and CAGS as well as redoing the fan parameter settings to be more user friendly. We have taken more end user input from U7191 users than any other tool in our lineup. We will continue to take any and all suggestions in to account, and act on them as soon as possible.
