yes. good news indeed! I am stoked about being able to start tuning my tranny.
Stu sent me another TCM file with more features and it loaded too. looks like we (You, Stu & Me) got how to load a CMR TCM file in an '05 Hemi Ram figured out.
can you help Stu understand what some the stuff in the tranny folders is? He was muttering about Newton-meters of torque and not knowing what the different settings would do.
I apologize for getting cranky.

thanks! I hope to have time to try it tonight.
I have trans control now with 9t07d, also had it with a couple other Croms.
what are your calibration #'s?
mine are:
PCM: 56028958AI
TCM: 05094258AD
edit:
looked up the page and saw your calids:
2005 ram 1500 hemi
PCM 56028958AI
TCM 05094258AC
your PCM is same as mine, TCM looks like it could be a late '04. I have heard that early '05's can have late '04 TCMs.

Yes it is. especially since I need to change tire size and a big part of the reason i bought the predator was so i could adjust trans. I have a (stupid?) question. How can i figure out what my tcm calid is if it won't show on the predator?

worst case scenario, a Dodge dealer can change tire size.
good question, only way to find stuff out is ask! Dodge dealer can read TCM calid too. I think it is written on the sticker on the ECU too, but I'm not sure.

9t08a still hasn't fixed my problem. When loading a custom tune the transmission parameters show up during the initial install under modify tune. However, when the tune is loading it only does the PCM. After going back in to custom tunes > modify tune the transmission/pcm selection is no longer there and it only shows pcm parameters.
Still no transmission control.

Upon further investigation the transmission parameter selection came back, but with my custom tune it will not program the TCM if I modify tune. On the canned tunes it worked fine. It showed both PCM and TCM being programed.
Do we need a custom TCM tune or should we be able to modify the the current custom tune?
Thanks

load a canned tune with the shift adjustments, then load the custom PCM tune. that will give you the altered shifts.
