Intune Tcm support

The more posts and more often we post the more likely this thread is stay on top. It needs to be archived off site for a possible false advertising class action suit in the future. My experience with the intone has been mediocre at this point and an upgrade to the trinity would be a welcomed appeasement but i don't see that happening, i bought my intone because they advertised TCM and multiple vehicle usage, neither of which are actually available. Has anyone looked to see what kind of complaints are on Consumer Reports?

I think the majority of us have purchased the inTune for the TCM support and the possible addition of credits to tune multiple vehicles with it in the future. The only thing about the muli-tuning is they didn't pre-release the unit with promises of it shortly after release, TCM support they however did.

Unfortunately yes and sadely an honest answer would help. If the honest answer is it's complete and it's waiting on the "Big" update then an honest answer on that release would be great too. If they release TCM support I will stick with them, if they do not by December I am probably going to jump ship. A few weeks is one thing, if they meant a few years, that's another thing.

I have spent a lot of money on this in addition to custom tuning which cost more and it would all be a waste of Lew and my time to have to throw away a completely PERFECT custom tune.

They only have 12 complaints against them....  I really do not think that will affect their business any if at all.  They still have one of, if not the best hand held tuner on the market.  I don't know of another tuner that will let you modify your stock tune, the canned tunes as well as custom tune your vehicle remotely and on top of that you can return it to stock before going in for service.  The TCM support issue sucks though and it would be honorable of them to keep us a little more informed as well as cheap upgrade program to the Trinity for us who really want TCM support and bought the inTune under the advertisement of TCM support being available for this product.

Mikel, any update on TCM support? Do you even check this thread anymore?

bbb is a joke. You offer to resolve every situation, yet they just close cases. Out of some 200,000+ tools, i think 12 complaints is to be accepted.

Half of those complaints are based on the retailer not wanting to refund an unhappy customer, which is not our issue, yet the BBB does not seem to give a flying poop.

The BBB is a scam.
The easiest way to get an A+ rating with them is to give them money and become and accredited member.
There was a big 60 minutes segment on them.
They try to scam business into giving them money.

I agree Mike, any new word? Has TCM made into beta testing yet? I noticed that the member that's a beta tester has stopped complaining about not having TCM support beta yet. Hopefully this is all that we are waiting on.

They stopped asking about it because they were threatened!
Were told they would NOT get it to test if they kept asking...Read back a little bit and you will see.
Great way to keep customers quiet, threaten them like a bunch of thugs!

Only 12 complaints on BBB.........so what nobody goes to them, they are a joke, they lie almost as much as DS lies (and that's more than they tell the truth for sure). Complain here and let the company know how unhappy you are with them.

You say the complaints were because they were not allowed to return the item... Imagine that, Diablo Sport doesn't let yo ureturn it either, they say "hang onto it it's coming"!
