I ordered my catchcan 7 days ago.
It is now on my car, considering that I live in Australia, that is outstanding service! It fitted perfectly, the only things I changed are I used one of the hoses that was already there & the nut supplied was changed for a S/S one.
Photos are at the following link. If you want more just let me know

hi everyone, I was starting to talk to Mike on another forum, but I am curious about this mod for the 5.7 hemi Jeep Grand Cherokee. I have been doing some research since I talked to you. The mechanics guide for my vehicle states that the PCV is attached to the throttle body, therefore there is no hoses. The wierd thing is I can not seem to find it. I have found this which looks close to the PCV, the pic is below.....

SORRY FOR THE DIRTY ENGINE, it has been doing nothing but rain here!

I am really interested in finding out if it is possible for my engine because I really would think it would benefit me, this is what my throttle looks like....

Thanks for your help. I can provide you with what ever you need to help me figure this out....

Im not sure what year that 5.7 jeep is but it seems it uses the same intake as the 5.7 LX cars.If thats the case then yes you can really benifit with a catch can.If these jeeps dont use an engine cover then the SRT can should work and mount the same way. However the PCV is in a different location.Same location as the cars.

Your second picture is your PCV hose.A catch can will be plumbed right into the middle of that hose..

Can we see a better pic of the area around your throttlebody??I would like to see how we could mount the catch can.

I currently have the plastic cover off and have a CAI attached to it. It is the 3.5" Bwoody. This is what the engine compartment looks like before......

After the CAI installed and the plastic cover back on......

I will try and get you more pictures if you would like. I personally think that maybe the SRT8 catch can bracket might work with some modifications and go in the empty spot between the plastic part and the CAI. Either that or try and develop a mount that would attach on the 2 prongs where the plastic cover mounts on. You can see it in this picture.....

Thanks for the pics. The SRT mount will not work because of the EGR tube. That runs right accross where the bracket is mounted. The good news is with that manifold you can use the can. Some of the trucks I have seen can not due to the manifold design.Just need to figure a place to mount it..

Thank you. Let me know if you need any more pictures. I also will be the 1st person to purchase this when you figure out the bracket or want to try a bracket.

Hey Guys,
Received the catch can for SRT Jeep but no instructions and brackets? All I have is the can, hoses and a nut in a bag. Is that all there is? Where is the best place to mount? I saw the pictures in this post but what holds/supports the can in the install near the cold air intake tube?
