Don C Tell your Boss I bought my Diablo programmer 5 weeks ago. It is useless to me without the new L30 programming Codes and as of now I've wasted $370 dollars I spend on the Diablo programmer. You and Mike have been great and I really appreciate yours and Mikes help, but like Kamtech stated, I seriously doubt there are more new 2010 Cameros out there than 2008 Ford F250 Trucks..so why the Camero priority? To be the first? Will it be worth it to loose the Ford Business? Can I sent my "Never Used" Diablo unit back Direct to you guys for a refund? I'm tired of waiting.

I got 3 useless programmers to send back. I guess if they get the Camero ready they can sell more units.
You know more money in selling new units than supporting already sold units.

Guys, please try to understand the absolute complexity of how these files are structured and the amount of work required to create templates for them. Add to that the fact that Ford does not just release 2 or 3 new calibrations at a time, and it becomes a huge task.

Rest assured it is a priority here, and they are being worked on daily.

So every time Ford updates the programmer is down for 8+ weeks?
Other programmers have not been affected by this update. What gives?
Just trying to understand this situation better.

For what its worth, We all have gone through the waiting period with the 6.4 . The worst thing anyone can do , is let Ford
Flash Your vehicle... Last reflash i had, took my programer out for 3 months, I got pretty pissed off with diablo because of the wait, But they did get it straitened out.... Just takes time. If you guys take a look at the amount of different cals in these trucks, you can see why it takes time.. But it will be worth it in the long run.... Don C has done alot as far as getting me hooked up,
and it has paid off.... My 6.4 running great and turning ave 16-18 mpg on extreme..... Its was worth the wait for me....

Glad you brought that up.

Reason other companies can do this is they do not do things properly.

They are likely blasting random, older calibrations into the truck to get a tune in there, and that is not how things should be done. Period.

We are supporting each and every calibration released by Ford, as they are all different, it should not be up to your tuner what calibration goes in your truck, that should be up to Ford, the tuner should just make it better, not set you back to an old cal with known issues just to get a tune in the truck.
