Once you do that no need to send us the predator, just call us and get it reset, it can be done over the phone.
Just complain about the battery draining and they will update it for you.

Hey Johan,

Just to be ahead to things ;) can't it be done by e-mail? because Manolis is from greece. So when he have to call to the USA its very expensive and there also the time differance ;)

Just asking so he can read it tomorrow morining ;)

nope, can't do it via email... cuz the predator will give out certain random codes - which you need to tell the diablo guys, then they give you a "reply code" to enter in the predator which is based on that random generated code, and presto!

but the kicker is, everytime you unplug the predator and plug it back in, that random generated code changes all the time... so, you can't just get the code, email it, get a reply code back, then plug in the predator and enter it... cuz it won't match up, since the predator will generate a new/different random code again when you plug it in and power it back up.

so it has to be done live and in person, over the phone, in real time... with the predator powered up continuously throughout the process in order to keep the codes in sync.

Well he actually could do it via e-mail or on here, just post up the reset code and leave the predator on that screen until we reply with the pass code.

well yeah, there's that

if you go that route Manolis - you just have to make sure that the predator is powered up and left turned on the whole time, until they provide you with the pass code to enter into it... you can't turn it off/unplug it from the power adapter until the pass code is entered and the predator gets reset...

otherwise the codes will change and you'll be back to square one...

I tried to install the U7194 today and had the same problem as you, I have a 2006 corv. conv. There must be a glitch in the program that will have to be looked at. I wonder if this is happening to anyone else? corvette06 :lamer:
