mike the bottom line is this ... i want the tuner that is suposed to work on 03 - 05 6.0's to work on my 03 truck. you want money ? then get a tune that works on my cal id and we'll talk money...

read DonC's last post and tell me how that even remotely applies to my truck , tuner or situation. lets say you were me and i was you ... you have a product your having an issue with. i say i can help you but a few posts later i'm telling you i'm applying a fix to a product you dont have. would that make you feel warm and fuzzy ? then when you ask for an explanation you get a BS answer about file sizes on trucks newer then yours are bigger and its like a PC operating system but you wouldnt understand so i wont explain it.

well, considering the Predator is a dying product line, and Trinity is where things are at now, engineering forst makes fixes for trinity, then they trickle down to Predator. To be honest, just the fact that they were willing to try this on such an old, obvioulsly not popular calibration says a lot toward how far we went to help.

Had engineering been made aware that this was being done for a customer that got a used tool, it would have never happened, so Don did you another solid by keeping that secret.

It is time to move on now.

Nothing is going to change here now, especially after you tried to drag our service through the mud on Comp D. Sorry we could not get this to work for you.

OH you mean if i hadn't told you guys from the start including my first post when i opened this thread ? you mean if i wasn't straight up with you when i called and spoke to you personally when you told me you had NO idea about my cal id and you transferred me to to DonC.

Im not saying you did not tell us straight up, but Im a little upset that you are saying we offer poor service when we bent over BACKWARDS trying to help you to fix an issue with a used Predator.

As has been pointed out inthe other forum, we have not gotten one cent from you, yet we chose to support your issue just like any other customer, rather than telling you too bad. You're obviously not going to see things our way (or the way of all the others who seem to feel you are out of line), so I am done here.
