Yes I cleared it and reloaded again after I noticed I was looking to install it from wrong screen.

Ive noticed the jumping twice at about 60mph then punching it. Seems as if you have resolved most of it. My issue with the idle is still there when i come to a stop at a red light it drops down to about 500 and stays there unless i tap the gas pedal or turn the steering wheel to draw some power then it will jump back up and stay there. Also on the shift firmness is still the same, that I know of the trans is the same in an 05 to an 09. Im just wondering why mine cannot shift as firm as my old 05 or my fathers current 05. If you could do something about the shift firmness and the idle that would be awesome. The shaking you have almost completely gone maybe a few more tweaks.

OK its been a week and no response. This is the crap i do not like from companies. Some one respond soon with something. Even if its ..(were looking into it). I dropped SC for having issues with there tuning and poor customer service. Please don't get like them. I like your product but I will not deal with poor CS. Everything was good, posted up issues on this forum, someone made an effort to fix it pretty fast. Well there is still an issue and I know you guys are not like this, so someone please respond.
**"Ive noticed the shaking a few times at about 60mph when punching it. Seems as if you have resolved most of it. The times it does not shake it seems as if the truck does not downshift far enough to take off fast. Seems as if every time it don't shake it could go another gear down, because the truck just don't take off like it used to. My issue with the idle is still there when i come to a stop at a red light, it drops down to about 500 and stays there unless i tap the gas pedal or turn the steering wheel to draw some power then it will jump back up to about 700 and stay there. Just saying I would like it to stay at 700 and not drop down when stopping. Also the shift firmness is still the same. That I know of the trans is the same in an 05 to an 09. Im just wondering why mine cannot shift as firm as my old 05 or my fathers current 05. If you could do something about the speed of the shift and the firmness of it. The shaking I have is almost completely gone maybe a few more tweaks from you guys." The Biggest thing i really would like resolved soon as possible if you had to focus on one thing is the shaking when punching it and the speed and firmness in the shifting. Thank you guys

Hey I'm running the 9t09d I up loaded it from another thread on here for 09-10 Ram Hemi 91octane tune. I hope you can help me out with this info? I have not changed any of the parameters. I have noticed the shudder has come back at about 35-45mph when I floor it to pass in traffic bot it stops when I peddle it a bit.
I posted about it before but I have been doing lot's of City driving lately and have not needed to use the loud peddle that much....
If you need more info about the tune please pm me proper instruction on How-To pull info off tuner.
Thanks.

I encountered the shaking again today- first time since loading the custom tune from Johan. This time, shaking happened shortly after getting on the gas around 35mph, kept my foot down, and the shaking stopped once I got a little above 40mph. Last tune written is attached.

See links below for instructions.
09Laramie wrote:juankatrina wrote:ok how and do I get that tune file from my tuner? What does it consist of? Not sure exactly what you mean or how to get it.
Downloading tunes from the tool
blazingzz wrote:What is the proper way to add it to the tuner. Do you take the truck back to stock and then do a tool update or do i add tune file to the tool.
Sending custom tune to tool
Found both of those documents, and some other interesting info on the
Support Documentation page.

This is very odd.
Attached are two files, please try them out and let me know. Both are still 93perf based tunes here.
Thank you for working with us on this.

my truck also seems as if there is a small pause even at shifting just driving normally. It just does not shift right all together. It just needs to shift right into the next gear normal driving or wot there is just to much of a pause and no where near firm enough. Thanks

tried the 002 tune today, and couldn't reproduce the shaking. I figure I'll try the same tune again tomorrow (Friday), and then the 001 tune over the weekend.
