New update for 6.4 Diesels

Now just to be clear I am running 1r08db and you are telling me to run 1r08d and the trinityT1000 is telling me it is a older program, and this happens everytime I get a new update from you, it seems to me you are either doing what you say your competitors do and back date your programs or there is a problem with the unit. I don't no the passwords and now I still don't have a working unit.

I want to no If 1r08d is actually the update or not because one says it is and one of you says there is no update for 1r08db

This customer was on a test crom so he was correct on having to need a force Password to get it to load the newest update.

if anyone else is on a similar 1t08db(newer file existed)
version and want to load the newest crom please call us to do so.
(may need a force password)

THe newest actual release which is 1R08d is newer than the 1t08db (released on 1-13-12) and the 1t08c(released on 1-27-12)

I have assisted this customer in updating his tool and we will see if he gets any better results. However we Try our hardest to keep a fully up to date program in all of our tools to avoid situations like this.

However the main reason for this is that ford has updated there complete ECM design and this caused us to have to relearn the new layout. It takes a lot of time to do so. And in no way does ford, GM, dodge tell us they are going to do something. we have to figure it out on our own. SO we say we are working on it and it is a 100% truthfull answer. WE are not in business to release tools just to do so. We want them to work.

Below is a e-mail I sent Jon, The new update works the same as the last. I still have no regen and I can not load the econo program without the ignition lock activating.

The new update does the same as the last. I have no Exhaust Regen, And it will not allow me to load the Econo program.

When I load the econo program it sets off the ignition security lock and my key will not start the truck.

After two tanks of full, no Exhaust regen but when I put in original back-up it goes into regen.

Question: is there a number of miles you have it set to regen and if so what is the mileage amount?
