when you get it... the first thing you will need to do is connect it to your Windows PC and let it do some updates... and after a few of them, it should popup a registration form for you to do the registration via the auto-updater app that starts up to register it... and after you enter your email address in the form, it will email you a reg code that you will need to enter in another field on the reg form. if you don't register it, you are only allowed to do two or three updates to it - and there are more than that that you will need to let it do, hehe...

after you do the registration, let it do any more updates... there are a lot of them, so it may take a while (30+ min?)...

and when it seems like after its finally done and just sitting at the main screen, then unplug it from your pc, wait a few seconds... then plug it back in again.. and it will probably do some more updates....

after all the updating is done... then you can connect it to your vehicle and select a tune to install.... either the 87 Octane Tune if you use 87/89 octane gas most of the time, or the Diablo Tune if you're going to use 91 octane gas or higher all the time.

here's the full intune user manual, so you can get a head start on reading about how to work it... ;-)

Hey thanks very much from a Canadian Navy Tech, great support here :D

I should have mentioned that I'm buying this unit from a local guy who traded his 2010 Ram. Well just met and I tried it on my truck, 2010 Silverado, and it came up with an error that said my VIN not authorized.

Needless to say after driving for an hour to meet him we're both bummed out. Looks like he forgot to restore his orginal backup and the inTune is still locked to his truck. He said he paid almost $600 for it (Nova Scotia, Canada) so he's going to find his reciept and contact tech assistance and beg for mercy :|
Hope you guys can show him as much support as you have with me...I mentioned that he might be better served if he can find his old tucks VIN to provide so you guys know he's legit. I'm sure this must have happened before.

After my research all I can say is that I'm hooked so I'll be getting one regardless.

Tks again for your time....I'm not going anywhere.

Hi guys ,
Just got an iTune to be used on my 2009 Vette C6 LS3 engine.
As I live in Dubai, the car is Middle East specs (GCC) , is there any hot hint before I start to use it?
Thank you ..

Hey Forum Members,

Just got on board with the Intune DCX for my 2011 Dodge Charger V6 and I love it. I have 22" wheels with 255/30R22 tires. I was going to enter this info into the Tuner, but it gave me options for some other sizes. Does anyone know which one I pick? Also, is there an option to add that I am using CAI? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

it's called DOD = displacement on demand, which is the same thing as Active Fuel Management... GM changed the name from DOD to AFM...

WHY? would you be very angry, it is clear that they are not supported yet! Diablo will let everyone know if and when it/they are supported. I could understand if it was a supported model and you were having problems. But I do not see anyone being angry for something that is not supported yet. It would be like getting angry because I don`t make laser toast because no one has made a laser toaster.
Only one thing to say about my "Diablew" Tune!
