Yeah... and? I have AWD, so when its disabled, AWD is on..... which is exctly what I want when having fun in the snow. Obviously I want that stuff back on when 'actually' driving. But, when i'm purposefully having fun with Traction Control off... i want all 'help' disabled, raw powah.

Oh believe me, even with AWD i the snow, you'll be all over the place when tuned. The torque management is reduced to almost zero and it takes some real slip to get the front wheels engaged. Been there, done that, with the Jeep.

Doing the double push of the button does turn all that off and makes changes to the engine control as well. I wan't all that off when on the track and could give a rat's ass regarding a dyno....

Actually, you DON'T want all that off on the track. In the hands of 99.99% of drivers, the car will be quicker with the nannies ON.

I already did, and I had the N/A stock bottom end Jeep SRT8 record for a while. 11.91@115 in a 4800lb SUV. Stock bottom end, no nitrous, no forced induction.

With my SRT8 I'd always be at least 2 tenths slower with T/C off. Same with the V.

My car bricked again!!! This time the symptoms are worse, before it would start but would shut off, now it's just dead, no ignition at all, there's a red dot light blinking that never was there, and whole different things on the trinity then last time. I tried to load tune earlier and it told me it could not because there was already a tune and it could not restore backup because no backup existed, so I figured I'd call diablo in the morning since my car was operating on the stock tune. I just went to car and decided to try it again, this time it stArted to go through the process but then I seen something on the dash that I had never seen when loading a tune and I swear my heart sunk Then I got this message And then this one And then this one And then this one And then this one And finally this one...
You can im agine I unplugged and repeated these steps ten times already, my car has different symptoms then before, now there is a little red light above the steering wheel blinking, and that park assist thing has never showed up when putting in prior tunes (that actually worked). I even went to options/troubleshooting/show vin and it can't seem to see my vin, it keeps telling me to make sure the key is in the on position or unplug and retry. Man I am so dressing this phone call tomarrow, by the way, I have the b code and it still bricked!!!

Hi Mike,

From my manual... Two-Mode Electronic Stability Control allows you to select "Full On" or "Partial Off". Partial Off disables the engine torque management and only applies selective braking interaction. Standard All-Speed Traction Control limits wheelspin during acceleration so that the drive wheels have maximum traction. If wheelspin is detected, the system applies brake pressure to the slipping wheel(s) and if necessary, will reduce engine power to help maintain traction and vehicle stability.

The "complete off" mode in the Charger Road and Track model with Super Track Pak or "3rd mode" does do full off engine torque management and it turns off Brake Assist. It does not, however, ever turn off ABS.

If your car comes with ABS is must be operating in all modes. In some states it is illegal to turn off ABS. Manufacturers typically don't let ABS get turned off in any mode.

That sucks. My Intune is "bricked" so I feel your pain. Also, those warning lights shouldn't be anything concerned about, it always does that when saving/loading a tune. First time I saw that with a Predator, I had the similar heart sinking feeling.

Thats with the button. When you turn it off with the Trinity, all the electronic stuff goes with it.

same shit just happened to me. how was this fixed?????? i have this new d code. @##$%!!!

i have bricked my car the second time. see above post. different from my first bricking where i had ignition. NOW I HAVE NO IGNITION and the tool cant even connect to the pcm like it could the first time it bricked. the above description is what happened to my car. same as srt8gr8t where there is a flashing red light above the steering wheel and it tells me to press clutch in to start car???? and no ignition when i try to start the car. the fuel pump priming sound is also gone. i updated the trinity to the 'd' file on the website. i have flashed the car a few times with the 'b' file and had NO issues whatsoever. what has changed in the file to cause this? are you closer to knowing now after the 'c' file debacle?

please email me asap. i am calling internationally and the 1 hour hold waiting is killing me. i dont mean to ask for preferential treatment but i am not calling from locally and it is close to midnight here whenever you guys are open. is there some way i can get you guys directly just this once????
