does this include the car that you managed to get to fail in your workshop?

i.e. did 'e' work ok?

did you identify the CAUSE of the failure and FIX it? or is this another 'it should be ok' statement.

please clarify.

im sure there are a few of us here interested to hear more about this. i do NOT want to brick my car and tow it again.
the car I caught the failure on here was done using 1r09c, which is why I am pleading with everyone to use 1r09e :)

I'm with Bullish. I HAD version C on mine, and bricked it. Called.. got it sorted out, down-rev'd the tuner to 'B' and forced the calibration update (stock re-flash of the PCM) and all was well. I then tuned it for 93 and was well. I have not updated mine past B yet. lol. AND, I only change anything during the early morning, on a weekday so if I have trouble I can call. Thankfully only the one problem with the C revision, scared to update to 'E' and try. I mean, I could. I'm on vacation now till Jan 2nd.

I know this doesn't help you SRT guys, i'm running an R/T with All Wheel Drive. I mainly want the Traction Control option to be confirmed as safe to disable using the tuner. I had my first winter fun in Minneapolis this last weekend and it was FUUUUUUN with the AWD, but I wanna turn the TC off 'fully' instead of just partially, since the R/T AWD is not a 3-mode ESC.

everybody keeps saying that C was bad. C was the only version that got my car back to stock and running. i left it at that and didnt bother with trying any of the tunes.
how is the 93 oct. tune compare to stock tune? i had the 93 oct. tune in my 2008 srt8 charger and noticed absolutely nothing until i turned up the throttle boost. if its gonna be the same with my 2012 i wont even bother until i can have the car dyno tuned.

I have rev e and everything works fine. The perf 93 tune made a big difference on the butt dyno in my 2011 R/T auto.

what do you mean by revised 'e'?

I was assuming that when Bradd said "rev e" That means revised... I loaded my E on 12/3 and the DS website has a E upload now as of 12/6 .. So I am wondering if E was revised.. ?... The current E tune I have now does not allow me to adjust my parameters..

It's just the 109e. You still can't adjust all parameters.

I just got the Trinity tonight and loaded the 93 tune on my 12 Charger R/T Max and I can definitely notice a difference but I'm not sure how to adjust the throttle. What's the best setting to reduce the lag? I have no problem accessing that setting but just need to know what to set it at. I have to do a bit of studying before changing any other parameters. I guess we still can't change tire size for now because I didn't see that setting anywhere.

I've only done it with a predator before so I can't offer any experience with the Trinity. I'll say if you fart on the throttle and that gives you full gas then you know you've gone too far. ;) With the predator I started off setting it about mid way.
