What are your hours? Can someone please just call me? I received no instructions when I had my device returned.

Here's the info file. So I spoke to Mike M. on the line, and I sent him my original back up that I saved to my computer. He said that it wouldn't work, so I sent him the "back up diablo tune" I got when I tried to load a tune. Mike said that his engineers will try to figure it out to get my stock tune back.

I was told that it doesn't work because I have a Mac, and that they were working on a fix for this bug. And that I will have to use a friends PC to continue. Which I don't have access to. That was a big selling point on the i2020, and now it's not working. I'm tuning my car. I cant just barrow someones laptop every time I exchange tunes and logs over email with my tuner.

Can't I just send it back again and just get it fixed? And I paid like $20 for shipping the first time I had to send it back.

if it will not import files onthe mac, eject it once the files are loaded to the device.

The problem is that my stock tune was lost when I returned the device, so they had to make me a new stock tune, and after several attempts to load that to the device, it still doesn't show up or load to the car. It just says, theres a previous tune on your car, etc.

The solution from diablo was to get a pc.

Mike M. wrote me, "Is there any possibility you can try this at a Windows PC? This problem occasionally happens with Macs (they are working on a fix now) but you should be able to complete it with Windows."

Me, "I'd have to buy a netbook or something, unfortunately. I can't do stuff like that at work..."

Mike M. "I just mean borrow a friend or family member’s computer."

Me, "borrow one for all my email tuning, too? still have data logging etc to go back and forth with."

Mike M. "I’m not sure at this point. I was just trying to eliminate a potential source of the problem."

Me, "mac compatible was a big selling point on the Diablo over sct. I do hope the bug gets fixed."

So, any word on this fix? I don't have to sit here and explain to everyone why I don't have access to a PC. I just don't. I shouldn't have to buy a mac compatible item that needs to be set up over pc. And I can't even return this item because It lost my stock tune, and now I don't have a stock tune on my car. Why can't I just return this thing and get it fixed? I'm not an engineer.

load the file to the drive then eject the drive, which will allow it to import.

Macs are kinda picky about this ;)

Yeah, we did that. It "disappeared" from the drive, etc. That wasn't the issue. If you read what I wrote, you would have seen that we already did that. "after several attempts to load that to the device..." Mike M. and I went through all of this already. I believe I was told he was your supervisor, as well. If it were that simple, I'm sure he could have solved it with me already.

But, in the spirit of being a good sport, I went ahead and did exactly what you just asked, and sure enough, it seems like it loaded to the device! Just like when I did it the first 3 or 4 times. And, again, it did not show up on the device when I connected it to the car. So, does this mean your PRODUCT is kind of picky about this?

It feel like you don't read my posts. And at the start of this thread you brushed this off to the IT line, and when I called them and explained the issue, they said you should have set me up with a RMA, and that they would talk to you about it.

Honestly I only post here so everyone can have honest information about what they are buying, because, no offense, you haven't helped.

So I ended up getting an HP stream for $200, and the device works just fine now. for anyone who has a Mac, I'd recommend the stream as well, if you want to use this device trouble free. I'm really happy they're trying to make this Mac compatable, so I can't be upset for that, but at least for me it's just not ready yet.
