Will not save the original tune

Install the new update 9t04a, and noithing now I get a original tune not saved with a -14, any other suggestion.

jiffar, let me if the update you got works, the one I got and tried doesn't work and give me a -14 now. I think we hit a brick wall with this tuner, I hope I can return this and get a refund. I have a local guy here that say he can fix my problem with a new tuner, The only problem is a have one that does not work.

I just chased my engineer out in the parking lot to tell him what the new error message was.
He says the -14 now pinpoints exactly what the issue is, and he should be able to get a fix up Monday.

I'll be waiting.Thanks just sometimes it get frustrating you purchase a product it does not work and then your stuck with it. Hope monday isa better day.

Ok Mike I will be wating for the new update. I know what a -10 means so what does a -14 mean, send the new update either to me at [email protected] or to my spouse address [email protected]. Hope we can get this problem resolved today, If not I need a ok to return for a refund.

rattler, since I seem to have your attention, is it possible for you to go to the truck and do this:
options / trouble shooting / Test ODBII Connection
it will give you a couple of key cycles and a pass/fail to say whether the FEPS logic is working
Let me know what the result of this test is.
