If you took any time to actually read it, This is what it said

All types of advertising and all sales transactions are covered by the policy. If an advertisement is placed
or other pricing action is taken which does not comply with the MRP policy, DiabloSport reserves the right
to take any steps which it deems appropriate in its discretion with regard to the reseller undertaking the
advertising or pricing action or its suppliers.
MRP policy applies to all forms of pricing and all forms of advertising whether in print or
otherwise including, but not limited to:
also there used to be a more difinitive PDF but it has been removed as with some other edits along the way.

I read all of your comments and I understand your point of view. But I believe there are a couple of flaws.

1 - Everyone loves Mike and the interaction we have on this forum. No one is blaming them for this issue. We blame the company as a whole. Frankly I don't care who is making the decisions there - I just care about getting what I paid for.

2 - If the advertising from resellers is wrong then Diablo should say so and tell everyone that they never had any intention to provide TCM support and offer to buy back any or all of the Predators that were sold in this manner. They haven't done this.

3 - Regardless of what has been advertised, Diablo - the company - has promised this update for going on two years. They have promised it in this forum many times, they have promised it inphone conversations many times. There is no question as to whether or not Diablo has promised this update. They have promised it. They just haven't delivered.

4 - If they can't deliver because GM split the PCM into the ECM and TCM - THEN SAY SO. Admit you can't do it. Offer a buy back program. Something....

5 - If they are not willing to provide resourses because they want to to get out the Hemi unit or any other unit then that just proves our point. They have our money and now don't care about fullfilling their promises.

No matter how you slice it - it comes down to this.

Diablo sold some products based on the promise of an update with TCM support.
Many people bought that product with that promise in mind.
Diablo has not delievered that product now for almost two years. And it looks more and more like that will never deliver.

That is why we (the loyal, cash paying customers) are pissed.

Bump - for all the good it does....

TQ management decreases the amount of power to the wheels and causes alot of that delay you feel when you step on the gas and the truck doesn't move. The timing is retarded to achieve this. That's why it's so important. On the drive by wire trucks (03-up) its even worse.
