will there be a internet update for 04 rams to have the ability to set shift points and why not already have it for 04's ?

Same reason we can't change the Shift points on the SRT8 Jeeps, because they haven't broken the code yet.

The tcm support update will be an downloadable update for the 03 and 04's.
