I hear ya! I was suprised the first time I got a response so fast. Guess I should have kept my superchip. I'm just gonna go buy a SCT with some custom tunes and be done with it.

Guys its been over two years now for me and still cant use this U7165...
Ive been told many times we are working on it,,etc..etc... and still nothing.
Looks like we all got scammed out of our money..

Do I really need to tell you the same thing over and over, like there is not hundreds or thousands of other people with the same problem????????
Your tuner for the lack of a better word SUCKS....it does not and has not worked as advertised since I bought it, no power and the fuel mileage is worse than stock.
You advertise 100hp gain it might be getting 25 if that.. and the fuel mileage is at best worse than stock.
You have told me you guys were working on the problem many times and still 2 years later still nothing.
We are all tired of the excuses, put up or give us our money back!

Now I am wondering how many days to get an answer if I even get one!

Oh and another thing you can put the blame all you want on Ford but thats not what you advertise, and you are still selling the U7165.

After spending a few days with Bucks new 6.0 tunes on several different calibrations (including vxcf9), I must say I am super impressed.
He has created new calibrations from scratch, which offer incredible performance gains, They are easily the best 6.0 tunes I have seen come from a Predator or Trinity in my 5+ years here.

We're looking forward to some good feedback from you guys on power, mileage, and driveability as we gear up for a new release with these tunes.
