I just checked, your update is up there. Assuming you have the latest CROM revistion, try this:

1. Close DS Downloader.
2. Open the following link: http://www.diablosport.com/index.php?na ... pic&t=3622
3. Follow the instructions under Q5 to change the COM port assigned to your usb-to-serial cable.
4. Change the COM port to a lower number, like 6.
5. Restart DS Downloader.

The "Performance Tune" is 93 octane. In the r17 revision Johan changed the name to perf93 to avoid confusion.

yeah the 93 tune is there indeed but the 91 tune is not

Johan at lx forums said it was due to size restriction (memory size i assume)

but he said it should be fine to run on 91 oct by retarding timing down by 3 degrees, .. (anyone at diablo please chime in and correct me if i'm wrong)

anyways still waiting on a fix for my cal id

im in my car with my laptop and i see knk total retard and knk max total retard.

knk total retard stays at 0.0 all the time except when i shift it goes to -2 then back to 0 all the time.

knk max total retard during wot is goin from 15 down to 7 at shift

as for spark its moving with the rpms but i dont know what i should be looking for, damn i dont even know if this info is even of some use

i did this with ESP enabled, can this affect the results as it's preventing my tires from spinning?

GCC specs.I downloaded the new CROM & still got the vehicle need an update message & couldnt get the calibration updater button then i followed Johnc steps & changed the COM PORT & voala i got the calibration updater button & got it updated.

Did u get a message your CAL ID is not handled? or where you getting a communication error when you tried the Calibration update? Because mine seems to be able to connect to Diablosport Database, however the CALID I have is not supported which is what I am waiting for...

and what used to happen when u plugged the tool to ur laptop? did u get a message that your CALID is not supported OR that you cannot reach the site?
