Mike,
Just to make sure I restored the vehicle to stock, then re-loaded the absfix tune, choose reset parameters when asked (only reset axle 3.72 to 3.73 and tire size (went 1/2" lower than friday)................same result, light came back within 2 minutes.
Do you think maybe this fix needs to be "learned"? , in other words might take a few miles to reset completely? I more than likely will be answering that question myself this week because going to leave it as is for now untill y'all come up with something else.(or it "learns" this fix???)
Thanks

dont change the axle ratio!!!

reload it and reset params.
3.72 is what GM believes is correct, no need to try to tell them how to do it ;)

no, dont make any changes for now, to confirm the tune can go in with no ABS lights.

it went farther and I thought today was the day, but at about 15 minutes they came back. I did hook up the GPS and speedo was within 1 mph (or less).......................left everything alone just like you said

I've noticed with mine that speed is what gets the ABS warning light to come on, not time. Right around 40mph it'll start flashing, but not really ever below that. 2007 Silverado 5.3

Dr Beard, I think you are right........................tho when I was trying to force 3.73 as the correct rear end, it was a time thing and would come on in my neighborhood before 30 mph. Now (back to 3.72 as Mike suggested)it seems to be more of a speed thing as you described. In the morning my 1st 30 minutes are stop and go, then I hit the tollroad and freeways (so it takes around 30 mnutes).............in the evening leaving work, I hop right on the freeway and light comes on with in 5 minutes.

My ABS light has not come on since loading a Lew custom tune! I have driven as couple of thousand miles on the tune and no issue. I hesitate to make any changes as I don't know if this is a fluke or some sort of fix. By the way, very happy with the performance but ay need to increase my tire and fuel budget!
