I like to be kept up to date when I have a product that does'nt work.

The fact that there hasn't even been a "working on it" comment in some time from Diablo speaks volumes to me. Out of 1,500 Mopar 11 owners, how many will actually want a tuner? I think we are way down on the list of priorities (somewhat understandable). And considering the problems I've been reading about, I think their plate is full. Therefore, my Trinity was returned today. Good luck to those who are waiting for a resolution.

I guess we aren't gonna get a response from anyone. For all we know they could have fixed it by now. We MOPAR 11 owners would like some update even if its a "we are working on it". Not trying to be an ass or anything just would like to know the progress on the situation

I asked on facebook and they responded with they are currently working on it but they didnt give a time line.

Just curious, are they saying they've actually received the CALID file from Dodge, or are they just still working on "getting it"?

Mike is at PRI. You won't get much of a response, if any at all, until he gets back.

Mike Litsch, has Dodge sent you the CAL ID file for the 11's and are you all actively working on it? I bought my Trinity a month ago and will be returning it tomorrow if Diablosport can't give any kind of an update. We "11" owners know you all are in a major product roll out to cars/trucks with a much higher sales volume, but as your customers, I think we deserve better than no response at all.

Yeah, same here. At SEMA, I was told the issue would likely be resolved before my hardware arrived. A few weeks later.....

Thanks for the response, Mike. I'm out. I'll be returning mine. I know you guys are caught in the middle, but I have little confidence in Dodge acting quickly on anything regarding the 11's. It was tooth, fang and claw just to get our limited edition owners kits.

I'll buy again when and if you guys ever get what you need from Dodge.
