Weird!
I can assure you the tires on the vehicle have no effect on it, how could they?
You reset the ABS with key on/engine off, how could it have any idea what tires were bolted up in that scenario?

At this point, anything is possible/plausible. Everyone has a definitive opinion about what it is or isn't, yet no one has confirmed the permanent fix on more than one vehicle (repeatable fix). Too many chiefs...

No idea, I thought the same thing, but watched two different service shops reprogram the computer and could not get the ABS light to go out, yet after I switched tires back to originals and drove on them for about 2 miles, light went out when they programmed the computer. Doesn't make sense to me either.

Mike_Levy wrote:You FAIL. Had you mentioned the Magnuson Moss Act and getting a lawyer they would have covered anything. I've been through this crap with Chrysler. They replaced 4 differentials on my Jeep SRT8, and that was with a full heads/cam/headers/etc build. They will do anything to avoid a lawsuit they know they can't win. Not only does it cost them legal fees, it also costs them the repair anyway.
Of course I mentioned it.... It wasnt the dealer that voided it, it was Chrysler corporate. I have the letter still, and My step father that owned a law firm for 45 years before retiring said there was nothing I could do. He also had a few of his lawyer buddies look in to it, and all said the same thing..... Programming upgrades is far different then mechanical upgrades. This happened another time with a 300Z that I had a turbo and ecu tune written for it. All electrically controlled components can be voided because they can prove the programming can affect the way the part was intended to be used.... You might want to get some facts straight instead of believing in the Magnuson–Moss Warranty Act like its some sort of holy book...

Believe what you want.... Both vehicles had the ECU watermarked by the programmer and was voided by both car manufacturers corporate offices. Now im NOT saying this one will, just stating FACTS that happened AFTER the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act was active.... :punisher:

Except the DiabloSport tools leave no traces. If they claim they saw a watermark, they're full of crap.

Like i said "Both vehicles had the ECU watermarked by the programmer and was voided by both car manufacturers corporate offices. Now im NOT saying this one will, just stating FACTS that happened AFTER the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act was active...."

I did not have this programmer on those vehicles, the point was about how warranties can still be voided.

Im not talking down on this tuner more than it already deserves from its poor programming LOL. Just saying how some warranties have been voided because of programmers. If someone were dumb enough to take their vehicle in to the dealer without returning the tune to stock the same could happen. Also if something disabled the electronics from letting you be able to tune it back to stock, the outcome could be the same.

NOT FIXED!!! 2012 5.7 Hemi WK2 Overland and I've installed the latest software and still THE ABS light is on. Why can't you make it a priority and fix this issue since this is a major failure and Customer should always be happy with the product!?
