Will you guys ever answer the question (Yes or No) if you are going to fix this problem? I understand you didn't necessarily cause the issue but I think as good customer service you should fix it or swap us to the programmer/chip that will work for only what the MSRP difference is in cost and not this $99 credit BS.

I agree. I paid a lot more then $99 for this thing a few months ago. It has NEVER worked as advertised. This credit is an insult. I wish I could go around selling things for $300 that dont work, and later offer to buy them back for $99 only to probably just re-sell it for another $300! That ought to be illegal!! Please give us a real solution besides getting screwed first by buying this product, then get screwed on the return, and finally, possibly get screwed buying a new product that doesnt actually support FICM programming yet. I have begun telling my friends and co-workers to consider avoiding Diablosport products due to flaky support and not standing behind your products. You guys need to admit that this product is obsolete and give at least the people who just recently bought one a better break.

I have had mine for a lot longer and hasnt worked as advertised and keep being told we are working on it.........
Now I cant return it for a full refund as I have had it to long even tho it still doesnt work as advertised.

I will have to agree with all of you that I would not buy another one of there products unless they make this right for all of us that have purchased the product in the last year or so as it does not work as they say it does.........

$99.00 is an insult to us that have not had use out of something we payed $300.00 or more for.
I am in business myself and would never take advantage of my customers this way as I would in a very short time have no customers.........

Diablosport needs to step up to the plate and make this right for all of us...
