The Tstat is actually 187.5* and if you watch real close during warm up the engine management system is in open loop until 186* and requires that it runs somewhere between 197 and 210* for proper function of all systems.
Your car has passed the PAM mode (plant assembly mode) 500 miles, yes... so I wont go into the strange high idle scanario that turns itself off after this point.
Your fans and their speed...
The control module enters Charge Mode whenever one of the following is met:
- Under WOT conditions and/or the fuel rate exceeds21 g/s (indicated by the ECU) and/orTP 80% or more
- Headlamps are on, low or high beams (DRL`s excluded)
- Wipers are on for more than 8 seconds
- ELECTRIC COOLING FANS ARE ON HIGH
- Rear defogger is on
- Battery SOC (state of Charge) is less than 80%
When one of these is met the Control Module ramps up the voltage slowly from 13.4 to 15.5v (depending which mode it is in) at a rate of 8mV to 50mV p/s
This will also affect other systems.
I guess what Iam getting at is be careful what you do!
And NEVER INTERUPT A FLASH OF YOUR COMPUTER DURING THE FIRST 15% or IT WILL BE TOAST.

He usually redoes the fan settings in the canned tunes, we'll check on that, but either way, you have the adjustments in the tool.
Mike, the stock injectors are close to the edge at 550 rwhp, which is with the lower pulley/CAI set up.
I think you'll be fine with the stock injecotrs for now. There is also an injector duty cycle PID in the trinity under synthesized PIDs

I know the injectors are fine now. I'll be putting on the big exchanger and upper and lower pulleys (in addition to the CAI, TB and tune) on Black Friday though. Thats when I'm worried they won't be enough.

Ahh....upper and lower huh?
Might be a good idea to upgrade.

Yeah, I figured I might as well do both. Spent the money on the heat exchanger, so why not take advantage of it and stay ahead of the upcoming 650hp GT500.

Thats a 42" TV in the background. This thing is BIG.

Oh, just hit me, can you get rid of the throttle lag? Its almost like when you hit the pedal, the PCM thinks about it before it opens the throttle blade. Its really annoying and could be dangerous if somebody needs to get out of harms way in a hurry.
Just little updates here and there and then it'll be ready to pull in a bunch of V owners.
I'll get you guys a log of the lag when it stops raining. The Trinity has PIDs for pedal position and blade position for this app, right?

Shit, theres like a dozen different Throttle PIDs! Which ones are relevant? I noticed the lag is much, much, much worse in Drive then in the Sport mode. I did a log in Sport and it shows virtually nothing. Turned it off when I stopped the car, and when I restarted in Drive, of course without the Trinity plugged in, it was horrible.
Tomorrow is another day, hopefully without rain.

use the ones Lew lists in his PID lists for logging...

So all of these;
Air Fuel Ratio (Equivalence Ratio) = Under FUEL menu
Long Term fuel trim bank 1 = under FUEL menu
Long Term Fuel Trim Bank 2 = under FUEL menu
Spark Advance = under IGNITION menu
Intake air Temp = under INTAKE menu
MAF Sensor Mass Air Flow = under INTAKE menu
Total Knock Spark Retard =under MISFIRE menu
Engine Speed (RPM) = under PERFORMANCE menu
Commanded Throttle position = under THROTTLE menu
Absolute Throttle Position = under THROTTLE menu

haha yep.. I was posting at the same time...
you do not need the Absolute Throttle Position... that's for older class2 gm vehicles, because they don't have the commanded throttle one...

No speedo? No Boost?

Try this. Still raining, but I tried. Equivalence ratio is under something different, not FUEL in the Trinity. No idea why Barometer came up, since I didn't select it? Perhaps part of the Synthesized Boost PID?
DSLOGREDUX says Injector Slope needs to be +3%, but I'm not messing with it yet.

Is this "hesitation" pretty much from idle or very low rpm's? I am spinning a new update today that should address that.

Yep, thats the one. You press the gas, but nothing happens.
