Well I tried to register the inTune DCX when I plugged it into a PC but after I entered all the info it took me to a page that said the registration was complete and had a "click here" button to download the info.xml file. I had no success downloading the file so I can't register the inTune without your guys help.

Here is my firmware info:
Application: 1r04f
DCX Tune Db: 1r01t
DCX PID Db: 1r01b
FORD PID Db: 1r01b
GM PID Db: 1r01a
DTC Db: 1r01a
VIN Db: 1r01e
Info Db: 1r01b

My original issue was that after I installed the PCM on my 2015 RAM 1500 5.7L and updated the device then tried to tune the vehicle it said it needed an update. I performed the update again and then it stated that the update could not be completed until device was registered. Just to let you know I tried updating it with both a PC and MAC.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!

I'm a mac user and have uploaded all the latest software on my I-1000 DCX for my 2014 5.7 R/T Challenger. Its still telling me that my device need to be updated and that my vehicle is not supported. I have drag/dropped the registration file as well. My firmware reads:


Application: 1r04i
DCX Tune : Db1r01t

What do i need to get this working with my car? is this the latest update available?

Download the latest PC update application (I1000_diablo_pc_app_app_2r01f.itf) and let the unit update the "updater" (may take a few minutes). When the "updater" eventually runs it will download a "group" update of all the latest databases...cheers!
