Well see what you can do first dont really want the car locked to this tune either

Still looking for a fix since I cant return it since I cant return to stock tune
Or do anything for that matter

Again, as the manufacturer, i am telling you it is OK to return it without restoring if you would like to...

However im stuck with this tune id like to return to factory

Ummmm hey any word on a fix ? Or a product that actually works as advertised ?

when you try to restore now, it says writing tcm then fails right away?
Can you please post any newer runtime files (_01 or higher) so we can take a look?

The runtime the file I posted a page ago is the only one on the tool fails before tcm wont even write pcm

but the car is running and shifting fine?

Yes I cannot go back to stock and the tcm still wont upgrade I need a custom tune but no one wants to touch it since the tool doesnt work

OK, when you try to tune the car now, is it in recovery mode?
And when it goes to restore, it just locks up on the spinner?

Not in recovery mode ...locks up on spinner when doing pretty much anything

OK, i have a solution.

First, please p0lug the tool into a PC, let the updater run, and click update/check now to force it to the latest app/databases.
Then, call or email us and we'll reset the device.
Once it resets, it will read the current pcm tune out, ask you to email it to us, and we'll set everything back to stock, and you'll be good to go.

im going to call you guys on monday ..to get it figured over the phone have not had the time to do it yet

its been updated as of today ..still doesnt work everything just locks up when doing anything
