you do not have the updates installed.

save both files to the i2 drive, and let the tool import them.
if they are sitting on the drive delete them then try again.

I've saved them 3 times and let the tool import them as well. I just noticed that they are sitting in the drive so I'm going to delete them and try it again.

Imported both files. See attached new Info file. Please let me know if you see them installed now.

this is exactly how I've done it. both files get installed, then I copy a renamed custom tcm file over, and it never shows up even though the tool says it loaded the tune. the files do not stay sitting in the drive, so deleting them is not an option. I'll post my info file when I get home, but by then you guys will probably be long gone for the day.

That was the 1st time they stayed in the drive. I deleted them, copied them back into the drive, tuner imported them again, then i disconnected the tuner, reconnected it, ran update check, downloaded & imported the same "group update" I've done previously. Now I'm going to copy the same custom tune files into the drive again and let the tuner tell me they've already been imported and then plug it into my truck again. Fingers crossed.

Tried calling Diablo again but the tech support line said over an hour wait & to call back later. Hopefully, they're going to get this resolved for us.

OK, I see the problem, dont run the updater, you are adding steps that are messing things up :)

You posted an info file with the correct update versions (2t01ba for GUI), but if you ran the updater after that it replaces them with the current, non working, release databases.

Please load the updates, let them import, then go right to the truck, no updater action.

Thanks

I had this weird feeling that the group update was the problem. Will give it another go now.

I wonder if we should NOT run the tuner updater for a certain period of time (to ensure we dont lose our custom TCM installs)??
