Lars, please give us a call and we'll swap that tool out for you, its missing a file needed to update properly.

Hi Mike,

thanks for this offer. I appreciate that. But I would like to mention that I come from Germany. It will be very complex and expensive to change the device.
If there is still any other idea to fix then we should try it before.

please try saving the attached file to the i2 drive and see if the device will import it.

does anyone know if this helps the toqure converter shudder these 8 speeds have? or at least some of them have and mine is one lol

Mine had the shudder and was replaced under warranty. That's the only repair. Other than dealerships doing a double flush to try and make it go away.

I had to give a little fuss and they replaced mine.

i sent in my tcm file and I haven't heard anything back and idea when might be a fix for these certain tcm
